Tam has 25 years of payroll experience, coupled with a general accounting background. She has worked with outside payroll service companies as well as in-house payroll which includes time tracking through check printing, filing quarterly & annual reconciliation reports, managing 125 Premium Only Cafeteria Plans and 401K Plans. In addition, she has over 10 years experience in the Human Resources field, administering employee benefits, handling all aspects of COBRA including notifications, benefits and billing issues. Tam has an ever evolving understanding of HIPAA privacy issues, and is the HIPAA Security Officer for Aita and Associates.

As an employee liaison, she has excellent communication skills, and Labor/Employment Law knowledge. She has managed workers compensation benefits, claims and audits, established employer policies practices and procedures, employee evaluations, counseling and disciplinary actions. What is the secret to her success? Simply, she loves what she does!
