Nancy Aita has designed and implemented employee benefit programs since 1980. The main focus of her insurance business has been the development of group benefit programs.

Nancy has years of varied experience in her field. As Director of Employee Benefits for a multi-specialty brokerage firm, she dealt with all aspects of benefits, from health insurance to retirement planning. Not only did she hold senior positions in the broker / consultant world, Nancy was Senior Account Executive for Health Net, one of California's largest health plans.

Nancy brings a wealth of expertise, knowledge, and service to her clients. She has worked in both the public and private sectors, with clients ranging from small employer groups to the City of Santa Rosa. She is dedicated to finding the best and most cost-effective coverage package possible in each situation.

Nancy holds a degree in Spanish from the University of California at Northridge, and attended school in Granada, Spain. Her firm provides Spanish-speaking services when needed. She earned her Certified Employee benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation in 1990, from the Wharton School of Finance, University of Pennsylvania.

Nancy is a member in good standing with both the California Association of Health Underwriters (CAHU) and the North Coast Branch of the California Association of Health Underwriters (NCAHU). Nancy Currently serves on the board of directors for the Luther Burbank Center for the Arts, and will be the chairperson in 2004-2005. Additionally, she is a member in good standing, and a past president of the Santa Rosa Sunrise Rotary Club.
